About Runo

Runo is a metronome app designed specifically for runners. It converts your target pace into an audible beat so you can hold any cadence from start to finish — without constantly checking your watch.

The idea came from a simple observation: research consistently shows that running at the right cadence improves efficiency, reduces impact forces, and lowers injury risk. But most runners have no practical way to train their cadence. Runo fixes that.
